Benzyl benzoate is one of the core basic raw materials in the toluene oxidation industrial chain of Wuhan Biet  Co., Ltd. At room temperature, it appears as a colorless oily liquid with a light almond aroma. It is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and ether. It is not only used as a fixative and solvent in the fragrance industry, but also clinically applied to the treatment of parasitic infections such as scabies, head lice, body lice and pubic lice.

Fragrance & Daily Chemical Sector

It is an excellent solvent for fragrances such as artificial musk and vanillin, and also an efficient fixative for floral fragrances. It can delay the volatilization of fragrances and maintain the aroma stability of daily chemical products.

Pharmaceutical Sector

The pharmaceutical-grade product has a purity of over 99.8% and a heavy metal content of less than 1ppm. It can be used to prepare deworming and anti-asthma drugs, and is clinically applicable to the prevention and treatment of conditions such as scabies and body lice.

Industrial Auxiliaries

It can be used as a plasticizer for nitrocellulose to replace the camphor component in celluloid. It also serves as a stabilizing auxiliary for coatings and latex systems, which can prevent mildew in the system and optimize the performance of finished products.
